Quit wasting your time. Start taking some action.  Write down your 2019 goals and get moving.

Not sure where to start or what to do?  It’s easy, get a paper and a pen and write out your bucket list.  What do you want to achieve this year?  Where do you want to go?  What major accomplishments are you going after?

Next, take action. Get off the couch and get moving. Stop worrying about your favorite television show.  After all, it’s called programming for a reason….. they are programming you to stay where you are and not achieve your goals.  Can’t give up your favorite show?  Don’t worry, with technology now a days you can catch it later.  So stop making excuses.

Finally, keep taking action steps.  Don’t stop taking steps to achieve your goals until you have reached them.  So, if you still have goals you wanted to achieve in 2018 hanging over your head, keep chipping away at those goals until you are ready to move on.

Don’t get all geeked up! It’s okay if it takes you longer to achieve your goal then someone else, it’s not about them, it’s about you. Keep your focus on you and make sure you remember this entire process is supposed to be fun.  After all goal setting is an adventure and adventures often require you to buckle up your seatbelt because it might be a wild and crazy ride.

Remember, enjoy the process that all began with just a pen.
