What Is Your Biggest Fear?

Are you afraid of spiders? Clowns?  Heights?  Whatever your fear, where did it originate from?  Did you have a terrible experience that has caused you to have a deep-rooted fear? Is your fear controlling you or do you control your fear?

My biggest fear; is the fear of enough.  Am I enough….

My fear is my motivator as well as my worst enemy.  My fear is a two-edged sword, if I let it get out of control it will consume me and make me feel not enough.  The flip side to my fear is that it wakes me up and keeps me pushing forward.  My fear keeps me growing and striving for more.

Can you use your fear as a motivator?  It’s not easier to learn how to use fear to our advantage, but once you harness the energy you put into being afraid and release it into going after your goals you will notice a surge in being able to stay focused on your goals.

Fear, joy, happiness, sadness are all feelings that can shift your mood.  Your mood releases energy, when you can capture the energy released and use it to your advantage you are in control of you.

How can you capture and transform your energy?  Meditation. Spend time daily in meditation and watch your life unfold and become better.  Meditation can help you face challenging situations and push forward. Meditation is my fear blocker.  Meditation allows me take the fear of enough and turn it into the statement, I am enough.  Try using mediation to your advantage, it’s amazing what it can do for you.
