Goals are for growth.  When you set a goal you should go after something you really want, something you haven’t done before, something you can’t just make a plan to achieve.  Don’t get caught up in HOW you will achieve your goal.  Start to take action steps towards achieving your goal and keep stepping confidently in the direction of your goal.

Remember, there are 3 types of goals:

  • Been there, done that goals- these are repeatable goals
  • Small growth goals that can be planned out
  • Go Big Before You Go Home Goals- goals that you must stretch and grow as a person in order to achieve

Setting the correct type of goal is instrumental in your success as a goal achiever.
