That idea that has been knocking is wanting the opportunity to present itself to your boss. Go for it. It’s time to bring your vision to the table. Just remember that it’s okay if not everyone sees your vision the same way you do. Maybe they just need glasses to make their vision 20/20 in order for them to see your idea clearly. You never know what your ideas can bring until you actually step out from behind the scenes and start directing the actions.
It’s like when you go for an eye exam and the doctor will ask you if number 1 or number 2 is better. I have the same question for you, is keeping your idea in and wishing your entire life you would have just spoken up better than just going for it? Which option do you like, number 1 or number 2. Hands down every time, I always seem to like the option that has me in charge of speaking up and going for it. I hope you feel the same way, it’s time to clear up your vision and get everyone seeing 20/20 just like you.
Don’t be discouraged if they can’t see the way you do at first. They just need a new eye exam and glasses that allow them to see the vision you have. Keep at it and keep working at your vision. You will eventually get everyone in focus with your vision.
