“Lighten up”. “Relax”. “Take a chill pill”. Have you ever been told to relax and have more fun?
Life is meant to be enjoyed. You are supposed to enjoy your life and all of the blessings and good things that come your way. I challenge you to try to get out and enjoy your life this weekend. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to have fun. In fact, you don’t have to spend money having fun. Try cranking up the music and dancing or go outside and take a relaxing walk. Get a bottle of bubbles and blow bubbles and have fun popping them. Be a kid again, go fly a kite like Mary Poppins.
If you are thinking, I can’t do that, people will stare at me. Let them stare, after all they are staring because they wish they could be having fun too. I pride myself on trying to laugh daily. Not just a little chuckle, I am talking about a deep belly laugh. The kind of laugh that makes you lose your breathe, and quite possibly have tears stream down your cheeks. This is the kind of laugh everyone needs in their life. Laughing this way changes your entire body chemistry. Laughing can help reduce stress and just make you feel better.
Get out and laugh today! Life isn’t meant to be so stressful. Embrace your fun side.
